It is easy to operate using classic rotary control knobs and TouchSelect sensor buttons. The large, easy-to-read display adds extra convenience. For greater safety in the kitchen, it features double-glazed heat-insulating glass and an integrated child lock.
The appliance also impresses when it comes to cleaning: the DampfClean cleaning system softens dirt with steam, making it especially easy to wipe away afterwards.
With the PowerAir convection function and ring heating element, heat is distributed evenly throughout the oven cavity for consistently great results on every shelf level. The pizza setting is ideal for pizza, quiche, fruit cakes and cheesecakes with juicy toppings and crispy bases. The defrost setting prepares frozen food gently and quickly for further processing.

Practical tip:
For an especially juicy roast pork, add about 1 litre of water, one carrot, half an onion and half a stock cube to the roasting tray. Place the roast with the rind facing down on the rack directly above and turn it after about 20 minutes. This makes it beautifully browned on the outside, tender on the inside, with wonderfully crispy crackling. Simply blend the juices from the tray to create a rich, homemade gravy. Also ideal for beef, game, poultry or fish.
