This reliable oven from KKT KOLBE comes with a range of great features. The appliance can be operated conveniently using a rotary selector and TouchSelect sensor controls. The double-glazed heat-insulating door keeps the outer glass at a comfortable temperature. The appliance is equipped with a child lock. The integrated telescopic runners ensure convenient and easy handling of hot trays and racks. Thanks to the PowerAir convection function with ring heating element, you achieve optimum heat distribution throughout the oven cavity and get perfect results on every shelf level. The defrost function thaws your frozen food gently and quickly.
The pizza setting is ideal for recipes with moist toppings and a crispy base, such as pizza, quiche, fruit cakes and cheesecakes.
Thanks to the innovative AirFry function, this built-in oven delivers extra-crispy results – without any additional oil for healthier cooking.
On the inside of the oven, there are removable catalytic panels with a powder coating. These enable self-cleaning at normal baking temperatures (approx. 200 °C). This means you save a considerable amount of energy compared to a pyrolytic cleaning process (400 °C required). This model features a DampfClean cleaning system. In this process, dirt is softened by steam so that it can be wiped away easily.
This appliance is designed for low-temperature cooking (EcoCook mode). What does this mean? Fat starts to splatter at 172 degrees. So if you roast your meat as usual at 180 to 200 degrees, the familiar build-up of dirt inside the oven occurs. With our oven, you roast at 165 degrees using the grill-roasting system, staying just below the temperature at which fat starts to splatter. This helps keep the oven clean.
