Description
The powerful built-in oven from KKT KOLBE combines well-designed features with reliable technology – ideal for anyone who wants convenient cooking and excellent results. It is operated easily via classic rotary control knobs and push buttons. The integrated telescopic runners make handling hot trays and racks especially convenient and easy. The large, easy-to-read display adds even more user comfort. For greater safety in the kitchen, the oven features a double-glazed heat-insulating door and an integrated child lock.
The appliance also impresses when it comes to cleaning: on the inside of the oven there are removable catalytic panels with a powder coating. These enable self-cleaning at normal baking temperatures (approx. 200 °C). This saves significantly more energy compared to pyrolytic cleaning (which requires 400 °C). This model also features a DampfClean cleaning system. Dirt is softened with steam so that it can be wiped away easily.
With the PowerAir convection function and ring heating element, heat is distributed evenly throughout the oven cavity – for consistently great results on every level. The defrost function prepares frozen food gently and quickly for further processing.
A special extra is the innovative AirFry function: it delivers extra crispy dishes without any additional oil – for lighter cooking.
The oven is also versatile when grilling: the small grill is suitable for smaller quantities of flat food, while the full-width grill is ideal for larger portions such as steaks, schnitzels or fish. It is also perfect for toasting.
Another highlight is the EcoCook mode for low-temperature cooking. Combined with the grill roasting system, meat is cooked at just 165 °C – below the fat-splatter threshold. This keeps the oven cleaner than conventional roasting at 180–200 °C.
The appliance also makes a statement visually: the elegant full-black design with stylish glass front makes the oven a sophisticated eye-catcher in any kitchen.
Practical tip:
For an especially juicy roast pork, add about 1 litre of water, one carrot, half an onion and half a stock cube to the roasting tray. Place the roast with the rind facing down on the rack directly above and turn it after about 20 minutes. This gives you beautifully browned meat on the outside, tender on the inside, and wonderfully crispy crackling. Simply blend the juices from the roasting tray to create a rich, homemade gravy. Also ideal for beef, game, poultry or fish.
