A real standout feature: The EcoCook mode for low-temperature cooking. Traditional roasting at 180–200°C causes grease splatter and mess. Not with this oven: The grill-roast system cooks meat at just 165°C – below the grease-splatter threshold. This keeps the oven clean.

Practical tip:
For a perfectly juicy pork roast, pour about 1 liter of water, one carrot, half an onion, and half a bouillon cube into the drip pan. Place the roast skin-side down on the rack directly above. After about 20 minutes, flip it – the outside will be beautifully browned, the inside wonderfully tender. The skin will become crisp and crunchy like chips. Simply blend the juices from the drip pan – and you’ve got a rich, homemade sauce. Also great for beef, game, poultry, or fish.
