Afterwards, all you have to do is to remove the remaining ashes. The self-cleaning function is recommended when you regularly use the oven on higher temperatures. There are removable catalytic plates with a powder coating on the side of the oven.

This device is designed for low-temperature cooking (EcoCook mode). What does this mean? Fat begins to splatter at 172 degrees. So, if you cook your roast as usual at 180 to 200 degrees, you get the well-known soiling in the oven. With our oven, you roast at 165 degrees in the grill-roast system and stay just below the temperature at which fat begins to splatter, keeping the oven clean.
