Thanks to the integrated pyrolysis function, even stubborn grease residues are easy to remove. The oven heats up to 450 °C, turning the residues into ash, which can then simply be wiped away. This self-cleaning mode is ideal if you regularly bake at higher temperatures.

This appliance supports low-temperature cooking (EcoCook mode). What does that mean? Fat starts to splatter at 172 °C. Normally, roasts are cooked at 180–200 °C, causing the oven to get dirty. With our oven, you roast at 165 °C using the grill-roast system, just below the splatter threshold—keeping the oven clean. It is a built-in unit, meaning it can be integrated independently into your kitchen.
