A double-layer thermal insulation glass ensures a pleasant temperature on the outer glass. The device is equipped with a child safety lock. The appliance has a child safety lock. A feature of this oven, pyrolysis is a self-cleaning function, which works by heating the inside of the oven to 450°C to carbonize residues. Afterwards, all you have to do is to remove the remaining ashes. The self-cleaning function is recommended when you regularly use the oven on higher temperatures. There are removable catalytic plates with a powder coating on the side of the oven.

This device is designed for low-temperature cooking (EcoCook mode). What does this mean? Fat begins to splatter at 172 degrees. So, if you cook your roast as usual at 180 to 200 degrees, you get the well-known soiling in the oven. With our oven, you roast at 165 degrees in the grill-roast system and stay just below the temperature at which fat begins to splatter, keeping the oven clean. The device is autonomous, meaning it can be installed independently of other devices in your kitchen.
