Solid design for storm-proof mounting. The components are tested for wind speeds above 200 km/h.
With this high-quality mounting set, 2 photovoltaic modules can be mounted side by side on a tiled roof. The frame of a module may be a maximum of 115 cm wide and 3 cm high. Screws for fastening the roof hooks to the rafters are included. The quantities are calculated for a rafter spacing of 70 cm and a rafter width of 8 cm. In most commercially available sets, a roof hook is mounted on only every second rafter. With this set, however, a roof hook is mounted on every rafter and the mounting rails are continuous, which gives the construction extra security.
This set provides you with a sufficient number of centre clamps and rail connectors to allow you to effortlessly expand your installation with another mounting set for 1 or 2 modules. Benefit from our generous equipment to upgrade your system flexibly and efficiently.
For the installation of the roof hooks, a spacer (e.g. 4 mm piece of wood) is required between the rafters and the roof hooks, depending on the height of the cross battens. Alternatively, a sheet metal replacement tile can be installed.
Spacers and sheet metal replacement tiles are not included in the scope of delivery.
