For Austria: With the purchase of the VAT-exempt product, the customer confirms that all conditions for the application of the zero tax rate according to § 28 para. 62 UStG 1994 are fulfilled.
For Germany: By sending the order, the ordering person declares that the conditions according to the Value Added Tax Act §12 para. 3 are fulfilled. According to this assumption, the stated final price includes 0% VAT.
For buyers who do not fulfil the conditions according to the Value Added Tax Act §12 Para. 3, the stated price includes 19% VAT.

This set is designed for mounting one photovoltaic module. If corresponding mounting holes are available in the module frame or are drilled, a third-party module can also be mounted. The BALKON10 set can withstand a wind load of 35m/s.
