Thanks to the PowerAir hot air function with a ring heating element, you achieve optimal heat distribution inside and get perfect results, no matter which baking level. The pizza setting is ideal for recipes with moist toppings and crispy dough, such as pizzas, quiches, fruit pies, and cheesecakes. The defrost setting gently and quickly thaws your frozen goods.
This device is designed for low-temperature cooking (EcoCook mode). What does this mean? Fat begins to splatter at 172 degrees. So if you prepare your roast as usual at 180 to 200 degrees, the usual soiling occurs in the oven. With our oven, you roast at 165 degrees in the grill-roasting system and stay just below the temperature at which fat begins to splatter, keeping the oven clean.

With its large wok cooking zone, it is a multitasker suitable for preparing a variety of dishes from Asian and Spanish cuisine, from Asian stir-fries to Spanish paellas. The device is equipped with a child safety lock. If there is no suitable cookware on the cooking zone, it is automatically switched off. The width of the cooktop is 59cm.
Please note that there must be about 5 cm of air under the cooktop to cool the induction coils. There should be a slot of 5mm x 560mm between the countertop and the oven panel | door. The wooden crossbar of the cabinet - if present - must be removed.
