This premium oven from KKT KOLBE is a dream for all gourmet cooks. The appliance can be conveniently operated with TouchSelect sensor buttons.
A feature of this oven, pyrolysis is a self-cleaning function, which works by heating the inside of the oven to 450°C to carbonize residues. Afterwards, all you have to do is to remove the remaining ashes. The self-cleaning function is recommended when you regularly use the oven on higher temperatures. There are removable catalytic plates with a powder coating on the side of the oven.
The 4-way heat-resisting glazing allows little heat to escape through the glass panes. The outer pane is only slightly warm. The integrated telescopic rails ensure a comfortable and easy handling with hot baking sheets and racks. Thanks to the PowerAir convection function with a ring radiator, you achieve an optimal heat distribution throughout all levels. Using the defrosting setting, your frozen food is defrosted gently and quickly. The pizza-setting is ideal for recipes with wet toppings and crispy dough, such as pizza, quiche, fruit and cheesecake. With the small grill you can grill a small amount of flat food. The large grill is ideal for larger amounts of for example steaks, schnitzel, and fish. It is also suitable for toasting. The appliance has a child safety lock. The appliance is self-sufficient, so it can be installed in your kitchen independently of other appliances.
